Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through the website www.silkheadkids.com.
1. Geographic Restrictions 🌎
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are unable to process orders shipping to P.O. boxes, or international addresses. Any such orders will be canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing Time and Cut-Off ⏱️
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our facility in North Bay Village, FL.

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Expedited Cut-Off: Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air must be placed before 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order is shipped (after the processing period), not from the moment the order is placed. Silkhead Kids LLC is not responsible for any carrier-related delays once an order is picked up.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active and updating within 24 hours of the email being sent.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Silkhead Kids LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (UPS) to file a claim.

You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If a tracking number shows the package was successfully delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
6. Shipping Address Errors
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be required to pay for the re-shipment fee.
