30-Day Less-Tangles Guarantee

Try your pillowcase at home, risk-free.

If mornings aren’t noticeably easier within 30 days, we’ll make it right — including a refund.
For guarantee-based returns on used items, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

14-Day Free Returns (Unused Items)

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• Items must be unused and unwashed

• Pillowcases must be returned in their original packaging

Because our products are used for sleep and skin contact, we cannot accept standard returns on used or washed items for hygiene reasons.

However, if your pillowcase doesn’t deliver smoother mornings, our 30-Day Less-Tangles Guarantee still applies.
